This booklet is written for pupils to specifically assist them through self help and as a reference booklet throughout their bowls career.
It will also assist Coaches when pupils come to your Beginners Courses better prepared and allow you to explain less and allow them to bowl more.
Includes colour pictures for the first time in any of our publications so looks modern and is an improved layout.

The booklet describes the basics of joining a club, buying shoes, woods, delivery, line & length, correction, filling a score card etc.
It is expressed in a way that a person who is new to bowls, or thinking about taking up the game, can understand, without help.
So often we assume that everyone understands us because we are so accustomed to the subject. It's not always the case.
Within the first few days of it being used at clubs it’s sparked interest from all levels of bowler so expect to be asked for a few who are not Beginners.
